These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Citadel Cleaning Services Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”) and apply to all clients, customers, and service recipients (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Services
Citadel Cleaning Services Inc. provides commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, retail janitorial services, post-construction cleaning, and specialty cleaning services. Service details will be outlined in each scope of work or proposal provided to the Client.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on information provided by the Client and/or site assessments.
Additional charges may apply if the job scope changes, additional labor or equipment is required, or if conditions differ from the original information provided.
3. Scheduling & Access
Clients must ensure safe access to the property and clearly communicate any access instructions prior to service.
If our team arrives and is unable to enter or begin work due to access issues, an additional call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Payments & Invoices
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to charge interest or late fees on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable laws.
Preferred payment methods include e-transfer, cheque, or business-approved payment terms.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.
Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and resource allocation costs.
6. Health & Safety
We follow health and safety standards and require that all hazardous materials, unsafe conditions, or restricted areas be disclosed to us prior to service.
The Client agrees to provide a safe and hazard-free environment for our staff to perform work.
7. Damage & Liability
While we take great care with every property, minor wear or incidental contact may occur during normal cleaning processes.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, unstable items, or improperly installed hardware.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours with supporting information.
8. Guarantee of Service
Citadel Cleaning Services Inc. stands behind the quality of our work.
If you are not satisfied with a portion of the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work with you to address the concern promptly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the most recent revision date.
